260/2481) Home:  Witbier with Quince by Beau's All Natural Brewing with Tagwerk, both of Ontario:  *1/2; 6.9%, 18 ibu;  brewed with barley and wheat malts, quince juice, hibiscus flowers, coriander; from the Beau's and Friends series, formerly B-side until lawyers got involved; Tagwerk is the farm of the brewmaster located in the Bruce peninsula:  an acre of farmland that can be worked in one day; tart stone fruit nose; tart, fruity, refreshing;


261/2482) Home:  Tankhouse Organic by Mill Street of Ontario:  **; 5.2%; an old favourite, re-formulated to be organic; it is much like the old but I think the extremes are more distant - the malt seems sweeter, the hop finish drier;  a hint of Asian tea to the nose;
