316/3666) Revue Cinema, Toronto: Re (Boo) by Bandit Brewery of Ontario: ***1/2; 6.5% double dry hopped IPA; comes in a can; hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Loral; brewed in collaboration with the 110 year old Revue Cinema; citrus, tannins to the nose; similar flavours with floral tannins more out front and a touch of pine;
This was left over from Hallowe'en. I was finally able to use my tickets for the Toronto Silent Film Festival which were purchased in January of 2020.

297/3647) Home: Pumpkin Pie Spiced Ale by Stonehooker Brewing Company of Ontario: ***1/2; 6.3%, 17 ibu; brewed with malted barley, pumpkin, lactose and spices, specifically cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves; clear; nose of Fall spices; tastes of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices; lactose lends a whipped cream topping effect;
I hear tell this is even nicer on tap. I am not seeing as many pumpkin beers this year - maybe it's a coincidence or maybe they are going out of style.
