19/3369) Home: Mystery Beer One by Lake of Bays Brewery of Ontario: ***; 5%, 15 ibu; from the Toasty Toes Taster Pack which with comes with the warmest winter socks I have ever worn; partially filtered; ingredients include Magnum hops, wheat, tea (pineapple, cane sugar, citric acid, sulfites, green tea, black currents, natural passion fruit flavours, cornflower petals, calendula petals, safflower); pours clear; billed as a fruit beer; tin calls it a flavoured beer"; nose of mixed fruits - pineapple, currents, peach; inexplicably, perhaps, I also taste peaches along with sugar, pineapple, fruit juice; might be even nicer on a summer day
The package encourages the taster to vote to choose their next beer.
20/3370) Home: Mystery Beer Two by Lake of Bays Brewery of Ontario: *; 4.3%, 38 ibu; brewed with the usual four ingredients plus wheat; Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops; dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado; some call it a saison but I am not sure that Untappd's source is the brewery; the ingredient list suggests a session IPA; it has a citrusy nose of grapefruit and orange; the peppery spiced notes do hint at saison, however; dank and off-putting in light of the promise of that nose; peppery finish; pepper overwhelms the citrus;

14/3364) Home: Rise Of The Robots by Grey Matter Beer Company of Ontario: **1/2; 5.6%, 19 ibu; a Japanese Super Dry/Japanese Rice Lager; nearly sake-like nose; crisp, dry; feels like a summertime beer;
