170/3520) Home:  Irish Whisky Cask Ale by Innis & Gunn of Scotland:  **; a 7.4% Amber Scotch Ale matured in Laphroaig 10 year Islay single malt whisky casks; the style is also called a wee heavy; pours deep brown; smoky, peaty nose; peaty and smoky with a hint of salt, malty with mild caramel notes; it is not working for me;  I prefer Laphroaig whisky on its own;
