235/3952) Amsterdam Brew House:  Dogbolter Dark IPA by Amsterdam Brewery of Ontario:  ****; 6.5%, 52 ibu; hopped with Centennial, Simcoe and Cascade; very piney nose; flavours of strong pine, mild roast; 

It brings back memories of the original Amsterdam on John Street in the late 1980s.  It could be my fading memory, but I recall this being less harsh but I did award an extra half point for sentimental reasons.

ABH also has mulled wine and bourbon cider.
