Here's another fun link: http://www.drunkard.com/ , the site of Modern Drunkard magazine where they have been "Standing up for your right to get falling down drunk since 1996". For starters, Frank Kelly Rich is a most entertaining writer but just as much fun are the one-pagers - charts entitled Joints Of No Return or Dangerous Drinks and so on.
It's also a great place for biographies of some of history's greatest imbibers. Call it a guilty pleasure if you must but give it a try.
