86/734) beerbistro:  Belgian Pale Ale by Brewery Ommegang of New York, U.S.A.:  *1/2;  6% with a mild pepperiness and sweetness and a slightly dry finish;

87/735) beerbistro:  Rodenbach by Brouwerij Rodenbach of Belgium:  **;  5.2%;  a lovely deep rich brown;  not-that-Michael Jackson is quoted citing this as the "World's most refreshing beer";  sharp cherry nose;  rich and cidery, it manages to be tart and sweet at the same time;

Brewery Ommegang is not merely in New York, it is in Cooperstown, New York, the site of the Baseball Hall of Fame.
