21/1606) Home:  Bourbon Pale Ale by Innis & Gunn of Scotland:  **;  6%;  matured for 22 days over bourbon infused oak;  brewed with Amarillo and Cascade hops;  nose features honey and oak;  astringent hop notes, sweet oak, bourbon flavours;

I did the right thing by allowing this to warm for a bit.
