54/2275) Home:  Doc Perdue's Boxing Bruin by Cowbell Brewing of Ontario:  **1/2;  6.5%, 50 ibu India Pale Ale;  from their Founder's Series;  the nose features Asian tea, citrus, Asian fruit;  citrus, tropical fruit flavours;  my favourite from Cowbell so far;

The story is that in the late 1880s, Blythe's veterinarian rescued and looked after a number of animals including a bear cub named Bruin who would give "impromptu boxing exhibitions" causing his office to become "Blythe's unofficial zoo - and a popular spot for gatherings".
