72/2293) The 3 Brewers, Heartland:  Bikinis On Top by The 3 Brewers of Ontario:  *1/2;  4.7%, 18 ibu; dry-hopped sour with Lemon Drop and Calypso hops, juniper berries and lactic acid;  this cask starts as their White Ale;  opaque, bitter nose;  tart and sour at the same time if that is possible;  I am getting the lemon juice notes but not much of the juniper to my chagrin;  the citrus notes of the white make this a good choice for this treatment;
