4/2604) Home:  Monk's Reserve Ale by Spencer Brewery of New York, U.S.A.:  **; a 10% Trappist Quadrupel; unfiltered; pours a lovely rich brown colour; nose of dark fruits; dark fruit, unlike many quads I am not detecting any sweetness - almost a dryness to this one; a fine beer that suffers in comparison to many a quad;
