161/3511) Home:  Piña by Badlands Brewing of Ontario:  ****; a 5.6% Piña Colada inspired ale; dry hopped with Sabro, Sultana and Bru-1;  mostly pineapple nose but I am detecting the coconut as well; I have never tried a Piña Colada before but this has fresh grapefruit notes and coconut with a degree of bitterness in the background; interesting - also interesting is that this is 5.6% and not Badlands' usual 6.2%;

The bottom of the tin reads, "and getting caught in the rain". "Escape", also known as the "Piña Colada Song", was the last #1 hit of the 1970s and first #1 hit of the 1980s.
