195/4156) Bar Volo:  Luna, a collaboration between Volo and Third Moon Brewing both of Ontario:  ****; 4.5% English Pale ale, on cask;  earthy, hopped nose with a hint of pine; mild malt presence, subtle dry hop bitterness;

Today is Canadian Beer Day.

196/4157) Bar Volo:  Red Letter Day by Tooth & Nail of Ontario:  ****; 7.5% Anniversary IPA; clear; mildly herbal hop nose; gentle bitterness; 

The Volo marked 38 years last week.  I learned only today that the walls of the new location are adorned with bricks from the old location.

This was the last glass, a partial pour.  They didn't put this one on my bill.
