We are staying at the Horseshoe Valley Resort for out University class reunion. Today's lunch can't be beat, in fact every meal has been pretty good and so, too, is the company.

Quayle's is very much in the middle of nowhere. It is on a rural farming route but it is huge. My impression is that of an out-sized Badlands which is high praise indeed.
