105/4851) C'est What Brewing At The Market:  DIPA by Double Trouble of Ontario:  ****; I will go along with the discription from the menu card which reads, "big, rich, and complex with a clean, bitter finish;

C'est What Brewing at the Market is their newest venture, located in the lower level of St. Lawrence Market.  On weekends I would recommend entering from the outside as the market gets absurdly busy.  Today was a Cask Social.
