364/2182) Home:  The Spice Principle by Beau's All Natural Brewing of Ontario:  **;  5.6%;  another entry from their most recent mixed pack and also part of their Wild Oats Series;  brewed with wheat and barley malt, as well as coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cayenne, black pepper, yellow mustard, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg (all organic);  pours a cloudy pale yellow;  it's basically a ready made spiced broth - this would be great fun to cook with;  the nose is a yeasty blend of spices;  melon notes, such a variety of flavours;  mild heat towards finish;  an odd one;
