209/3926) Amsterdam Brew House:  Double Tempest 2022 by Amsterdam Brewery of Ontario:  ****1/2;  11.9%; aged 6 months in Elijah Craig barrels; nose is boozy with sweet bourbon, dark coffee and unsweetened chocolate; quite sweet, bourbon eclipses dark roasted malts and the hints of unsweetened chocolate;

Officially, it was released today.  This machination allows them to bill last night's event, "Calm Before The Storm", when it was available to ticket holders as a pre-release event.

210/3927) Sin and Redemption:  Progusta India Pale Ale by BraufactuM of Germany:  ***; 6.8%, 50 ibu; Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Citra and Magnum hops; cloudy; floral, piney nose;  dry herbal and pine flavours; I am not convinced I would order this again, especially with food – it is a bit harsh;
