61/4022) Home:  Wishing Well 2022 by Fairweather Brewing of Ontario:  ***1/2; 10.2% Imperial Stout with toasted coconut, vanilla, single origin Columbian coffee and Yerba Mate; pours jet black; aromas of dark, nearly bitter coffee, coconut, vanilla with Yerba in background; sweet coconut, bitter coffee; perhaps a bit too much;

I tried Yerba Mate at a South American cafe in Toronto and it is quite an experience.
