The story, from the tin, goes that Doctor Perdue was Blyth's veterinarian in the late 1880s. He collected exotic animals and was known to enjoy a drink. One night on being cut off he went home and returned with a bobcat on a leash threatening to let it loose if he wasn't served another drink.
