350/2571) Home:  Tamarack & Spruce Tip IPA by Yukon Brewing Company of Yukon Territory in collaboration with NWT Brewing Co. of the North West Territories:  **; 7%, 65 ibu; brewed with wild foraged Tamarack from the North West Territories and Spruce tips from Yukon; Tamarack is a variety of larch;   also Millenium, Chinook, Amarillo and Simcoe hops;  pours clear; nose of pine resin with citrus;  like an especially great Vicks cough drop; not surprisingly tastes very piney with lemony citrus and a bitter finish and after taste, as well as more of the Vick's flavours;
