233/633)  Sin and Redemption:  Houblon Chouffe by Brasserie d'Achouffe of Belgium:  **; cloudy with a gingery, hoppy nose;  "Dobbelin IPA tripel";   hoppy in a North American way - a Belgian take on a west Coast IPA;
