67/3417) Home:  St. Ambroise Vintage Ale 2010 by Brasserie McAuslin of Quebec:  *****; 10%; brewed with pale malt, Munich malt, malted wheat and Goldings hops; pours a deep rich reddish brown; nose is eleven years of aging, caramel, burnt sugar, dried dark fruit; tastes of burnt sugar, dark fruit, mild spice and caramel, all that alcohol is nowhere to be found; heavy mouth feel with an unexpectedly high degree of carbonation given the lack of head;
