75/3425) Home:  Danil by Wellington Brewery of Ontario:  ***; 11.9%, 60 ibu; Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout with apple and cinnamon; grain bill includes barley, wheat and oats; dark with a thick head; aromas of apple and cinnamon; a bit like yesterday's beer, heavy on the cinnamon but also with apple and a hint of vanilla from the bourbon barrel which gives an a la mode effect; not quite so thick as yesterday but above average viscosity just the same;
