76/3426)Home:  Sofia by Wellington Brewery of Ontario:  ****; an 11.9%, 60 ibu Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout brewed with oats, soy, honey, graham crackers and marshmallow; dark with a tan head; nose of honey, dark roasted malt, dark coffee, oak, bourbon and vanilla; boozy with sweet marshmallow and vanilla notes, as well as chocolate and dark coffee;  thick, heavy mouth feel; my favourite so far of this year's edition;
