62/710) Home: Samichlaus by Castel Brewery Eggenberg of Austria: **1/2; this is brewed once a year, on December the 6th - the feast of St. Nicholas - and aged ten months before bottling; it's a strong one, 14%; a beautiful amber colour with a heady nose of alcohol, spices and yeast; it has a strong alcohol bite, spicy hints of burnt brown sugar; this is one to sip and savour on a cold evening;
