151/1425) Home:  Ginger Mead by Trafalgar Ales and Meads of Ontario:  **;  8.5%; honey, ginger nose;  honeyed opening followed by sharp gingery notes set against what might nearly be described as a dry white wine backdrop followed by a dry finish;

I have been hearing from people travelling south of the border to regions like California that meads are becoming very popular.
