110/1928) Home:  Polly Want A Pilsner by Hop City Brewing of Ontario:  *1/2;  5%;  the tin informs, "Crackers are out and pilsners are in";  it comes across as a bit of a variation;  the hops not quite as sharp as most pilsners;  grassy, citrus zest nose;  smooth and citrusy;  I have been seeing a lot of pilsners lately and I think this is my favourite pilsener of late;

111/1929) Home:  Switchback Pilsner by Lake of Bays Brewing Company of Ontario:  *1/2;  4.5%, 24 ibu;  brewed with flaked wheat;  lemony nose;  grassy, light lemony flavour especially at the finish;  the absence of saaz hops is a bonus for me - another tolerable pilsner!;

And another informative tin:  "A switchback is a path to the summit for the determined and adventurous."
