112/1930) The Monk's Kettle:  Full Orchard Farmhouse IPA by Oast House Brewers of Ontario:  *1/2;    6.1%, 70 ibu;  cidery nose;  flavours of tart apples with lemon notes;  bitter aftertaste;  I thought I detected lactic acid so I went to web and there it was;  it is a quick way of "souring" and it is easier on my digestion but it can still be a bit off-putting;
